Fluffy protein pancakes - recipe
I hate when people write a whole essay before they get to the actual recipe and measurements so here it is..at the top.
430 calories | 45g protein | 60g carbs | 4g fat — gluten free, wheat free
40g Whey — Salted caramel (other flavours works as well)
20g Rice flour (to make them 100% wheat and gluten free)
100g Egg white
1 teaspoon baking powder
Some salt
Optional: Stevia & vanilla extract/arom
2g Coconut oil fr cooking
You can use any toppings, but for these macros use:
80g Banana
20g Honey
Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients, then add egg white and mix. Cook on low-medium heat (I use number 6 of 9) in a tiny bit of coconut oil. You could skip the oil if you have a good non stick pan.
The perfect fluffy pancakes to devour at breakfast, or after a heavy workout!

They’re so easy to make, they would be quick to make if it wasn’t for the time you have to cook them. You want to cook them slow, so they get throughly cooked..but don’t over cook them, they' might get dry. Keep them on each side just enough for the inside to get cooked.
