This experience is for all the women like me that don’t find spending a whole week on a sun-bed drinking mimosas very relaxing, we don’t like to go to overseas just do get drunk, eat a ton of food and later regret it because it damaged the progress, yes you can go on vacation and it won’t hurt your progress that much but imagine if..

What’s better than a new gym?
The world famous gym Real Padel Club Marbella with its outdoor gym, jacuzzis, restaurant, hairdressers, nails salon and much more is located in Puerto Banus, Marbella and have become a social club where influencers from all over the world come to train, shoot content and meet new people. We Elements gym located in San Pedro, Marbella which also have outdoor sections so you can get some fresh air while making PRs! Next is MAX Beach located in Eliviria, Marbella with a roof top in the sunlight and views of max beach from the windows inside.
The best part about going overseas to me is new gyms, so what’s better than a whole new gym to explore? 3 different gyms!
We’ll spend a whole day at each gym so we get plenty of time to learn from each other, talk technique and share out best gym tips. Plus we gonna need it so we can shoot all the content we need, for each other and together!
What about food and other questions?
There’s plenty of good restaurants in Marbella, but nothing is better than whole foods cooked from scratch to make sure we hit those macros and recover properly in between workout session. We’ll get our own food from the local food store and cook all together as we’ll stay in a apartment equipped with kitchen. We can share our best recipes, nutrition advice and create even more content! When there’s good company, no alcohol needed, just good food and a coupe of good mocktails to get the vacation feeling.

We will stay in a rented private apartment of modern style that fits the aesthetic. There will be separate beds so you can be sure to get beauty sleep. There will be a pool and everything else needed.

Many places are easy getting to by foot, so naturally you walk a lot in Marbella. But not all places are close to each other, but don’t worry, taxi or rentals will all be covered in the price!

Follow a structured workout program + meal plan for 12 weeks and GET THE CHALLENGE FOR FREE if you complete before you arrive in Marbella! Sometimes all you need is someone telling you what to do and how to do it!
The challenge isn’t a lose weight as fast as possible type of sceme, I know that isn’t gonna last more than a couple of moths, you’ll focus on building new healthy habits and creating a lifestyle that supports your goals of staying fit and building that dream body!
