  • Anyone who want to “tone up” so build muscle, lose weight and get a flat stomach so you can feel more confident.

  • Yes, the workout program that is designed to help you build muscle is performed in a gym, but it’s ok if you have basic gym equipment the program is designed for that.

  • Workouts are designed to be 45–60 minutes, 3–5 times per week. Nutrition guidance is simple and easy to follow, no endless meal prep or complicated rules.

  • You have to cut out sugar, alcohol & processed foods for the entire 6 weeks. You have to follow a meal plan that doesn’t change from day to day, this is the only way to guarantee results. It’s only for 6 weeks, it’s not the end of the world and I’ll help you make the meals enjoyable (no its not just chicken and rice the entire time)

  • You’ll be invited to my app where I will give you the workout program and nutrition details.
