Meet your coach, Daci Nathalie

This image was taken when I lived in Marbella, Spain. I have moved back and live in Sweden when you read this, but it doesn’t matter I am passionate about helping anyone from around the world.

I have been in the fitness industry many years, it’s even hard to say exactly how many. I found interest already at an early age and started weightlifting on a beginner level. About 10 years later that interest rooted into passion and today all my life revolves around building muscle, maintaining a good physical and mental health.

I compete in NPC Bikini fitness, my debut was 2023 and my ambition is to compete at pro level one day. Finding a balance between fitness and life can be tricky, but that’s what I want to help you with!

Coaching plans

  • Shred off some body fat or build size — this program is for you if you just need the tools and guidance to get yourself in shape whether that’s shredding of some weight and getting lean or building some muscle while staying lean.

    The program provides you with a full breakdown of your calorie target, macro target and what to focus on when it comes to meals. You receive a guide of apps you can use and how to use them. I’ll provide you with my best meals and how to stay motivated. We’ll keep in touch, I’ll answer any questions you have along the way.

    You can do 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
