Fat loss and muscle growth is possible at the same time — I lost 4,5 kilo fat mass while building 3 kilo of muscle mass in just 2 months!

Tell any personal trainer that you want to lose fat & build muscle, you’ll most likely get the answer “it’s not possible” or “you’ll have to do one or the other” ask me and I’ll tell you it’s definitely possible, but it will require a lot of work. I didn’t say it’s gonna be easy, but anything worthwhile comes with a bit of hardship doesn’t it?


In this blog post you can read about how I did it and see the results from the scans prior and after the phase. I talk a bit about cravings and struggles I had, because it wasn’t easy working full time shift at a warehouse and figuring out the right amount of calories to eat per day. 

Having no help from others and no cheat sheet it was really a “trust the process” process.

    I will create a plan for you that will be tailored to your liking, you get to select foods that you actually enjoy and you can even try some new recipes if you feel bored with your current culinary situation. Unwanted weight usually comes from our habits, so we’ll focus on what habits needs to change and we’ll take a look at if you want to form a couple of new ones.

    The plan starts at 12 weeks, because if you want my dedication, I need the same from you. You can stop or keep going after 12 weeks, it’s up to you.

  • Bodybuilding program — Build the perfect body with weightlifting & nutrition structured for you and your lifestyle.

    This program is structured to help you grow from any starting point to build a muscular and aesthetic physique. It requires willpower, dedication, some blood, sweat and tears. Results are guaranteed if you’re willing to take the leap of faith and place the responsibility of planning your journey into my hands.

Results can take anything from 4 weeks to 4 years depending on you current situation and where you aim to go with me. Your goals can also change along the way, that’s the magical about fitness, it doesn’t have to end once you reach goal. You can set new goals, go futher each and every time.

Food is fuel for our energy, but also for our muscles. Just eating will take you forward, but optimising you nutrition will unlock new progress.

IBS, BLOATING & DIGESTIVE ISSUES
IBS is a collective name for all kinds of symtoms around your gut, gas and constipation is a few of them. There issues can be quite daunting and no over-the-counter treatments and green drinks on tiktok is not the solution, good balanced nutrition is.

STRESS, ANXIETY & SLEEP ISSUES
Happiness comes from the gut, because most of our happiness hormones are created in the gut, that’s why nutrition is key to longevity and happiness.

CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAM

Everyone is unique, different genes, different structure, different fitness level and the list goes on. This mean we can’t train the same and expect same results.


Here’s a few things I love to work with:

HYPERTROPHY TRAINING — training focused towards building volume, eg bigger muscles. This is used when aiming for a transformation, hour glass figure, bikini shape and or just massive glutes.

STRENGTH TRAINING — training focused towards lifting heavier weights gaining more strength, this is necessary to get hypertrophy but it’s also a massive confidence boost.
