I created a system to make bodybuilding prep diets easier for myself and my clients. I paused competing because of stress, but wanted to lose a bit of weight in a less extreme way. I took the same system, but created a simple 12 week version. without the intensity to drop 6-10kg!

How it works?

  • You start with a clear 12-week goal, then follow structured weekly goals that break the process down into manageable steps. Each week builds on the previous one, helping you stay focused, track progress, and adjust execution as needed to reach the end goal.

  • The program uses a structured training split designed to maintain muscle while you are in a calorie deficit. Workouts are organised to balance training volume, recovery, and intensity, helping you preserve strength and muscle throughout the 12-week shred.

  • The process functions as your built-in accountability system, providing structure, check-ins, and clear expectations each week so you stay consistent, follow the plan as intended, and avoid drifting off track during the 12 weeks.
