I wish someone would have handed me this guide when I started using MyFitnessPal for planning my meals for my bodybuilding competition and after trying to do reverse diet and staying on track with everything. I figured everything out myself from trying and testing different features. So I decided to save you some of that time and effort and make this free guide on how to use the app MyFitnessPal to plan your meals and stay on track with your progress.

You the app is very useful for:
— Keeping track
— Planning meals and weeks ahead
— Planning meal prepping
— Keeping count of your calories, macros and such
— Get a better understanding of how you’re calories are being used
— Keep track of water
— DIETING!!

You can do calorie deficit and surplus, carb cycling, fasting and so much!
