This plan is for you if you’re getting started, not sure where you’re at with your fitness goals and just want to explore what’s it like following a plan and having someone keeping you accountable. Not a huge investment, but still a huge step at getting better results for yourself!

  2. Calorie target, macro target, the access to recipes plus you can do more adjustments if you want me to add a specific food or meal

  3. Training program that is structured after a very specific goal for example if you want hour glass, bikini build or just BBL glutes.

This plan is for you if you’re already enthusiastic about transforming your body, creating new healthy habits and dedicate a huge part of your life around fitness. Maybe you just need someone to keep you accountable or you need a better plan to give you better results!

Minimum of 6 months coaching, same as above is included but you also get the option to:

  1. Modify your meal plan in detail with meal timing, add micro nutrition changes to improve hypertrophy further.

  2. Gut healing protocol

  3. Make lifestyle changes by building new habits

  4. Build a stronger and more confident mindset

This is more like a mentorship — I’ll teach you my ways, what worked and what didn’t so you don’t have to make the same mistakes. It’s a huge investment because anything worth the change need the time if you want the best results.
