My 30 days challenge gives you 10 healthy habits to include in you life every day for 30 days — the challenge is not about perfection, it’s about stacking small wins. You get to tick off a box for every habit you complete, the goal is to collect as many points as possible at the end of 30 days and prioritise the ones that matter the most, but some of them are not good to do everyday so you’re not meant to have perfect full score!
You don’t need another person telling you want to do, you need to decide you want better for yourself and start proving for yourself you can do different.
Let’s be real, fit people didn’t just do one “get toned in 6 weeks” challenge and was fit for life after that. Most of them also don’t have a coach watching over them like a devil on the shoulder to tell them off when they get cravings, we do get cravings too you know, we just prioritise other food over some cookie.
What makes this challenge different to other “6 weeks to get toned?”

From what I’ve seen other 6 week challenges provides you with a workout and meal plan you need to follow strictly without fail. The problem is that life isn’t meant to be perfect, perfection is the biggest killer of progress.
This challenge, just like the 30 days challenge, focus on changing habits. You don’t have to have a perfect morning routine to be successful, but you do need to have good habits. Like I mentioned above, fit people didn’t just do one challenge or have someone watching over them 24/7. People who are fit all year around have changed their lifestyle and swapped their bad habits for good habits. Doesn’t mean they never slip or miss a habit, but once they fall into a good pattern they’re more likely to keep up. This is what helps them maintain their physique.
