Subscription plan

VIP focus on you, some people are ok on their own and can follow a program while some others lack self discipline because they haven’t realised why investing in their health is important. I want to help you find your way to a healthier lifestyle.

    1. Flexible or traditional meal plan — you find more information if you scroll down, in case you missed it in the beginning.

    2. Custom built workout program — You can train at home or in the gym, but of coarse I will talk you into a gym membership either way.

    3. Weekly check-ins for progress tracking

  • I’m not going to baby sit you, I epect you to be clear on your goal and dedicated enough to follow the plan without any questions. Of coarse, you are allowed to ask questions, the chat is open anytime you need, but it’s your body and your transformation in the end, I’m just the helper.

  • The initial sign up is for 12 weeks, thereafter you have the option to go by month to month. This is because I want to make sure you are as dedicated as me.

Subscribe on a weekly or monthly basis to a personally designed meal plan (no AI-generated stuff here) to help you eat more healthy whole foods to improve your gut health, mental health & body composition. You can focus on building muscle or losing weight.

  • Instead of the heavy focus on what you eat and how you train, look at the things you tell yourself when you look in the mirror. The things you eat that could trigger IBS and bloating. You’ll get more personal time with me, like a friend helping you out.

  • I still need you full dedication, if your problem is you can’t follow a simple meal plan or stay away from snacks then that’s what we need to work on before I can give you a plan to follow. Of coarse, a good plan might be all you need, but most often than not there’s some more work to be done.

  • This plan also starts at 12 weeks, because I need your full dedication if you want mine. After 12 weeks, you’ll have the option to run on a month to month basis.

Traditional meal plan

So, a traditional meal plan is pretty simple and straight forward. You get to select your components such as protein, carbs and fat. Of coarse add fruits and veggies, this isn’t strictly chicken, rice and broccoli. I make meals based of your preferences and you’ll be provided with a full meal plan for each week. You’ll also get a macro breakdown so you can add your own creativity.

Flexible meal plan

The flexible meal plan gives you a macro breakdown for each meal, so you can add anything into those macros. You could even add a burger and fries, but we focus on whole foods cooked from scratch because that’s better for you in the long run. However, you can make a burger and fries at home, and if you don’t know how to fit it into the macros or you get stuck deciding what to eat it’s not problem — you get access to my collection of recipes that’s already made to fit the macros!
